Our architects’ loft is based on a ruin that is over 100 years old and was built around an existing cypress tree. Scheduled for completion in July 2024. The loft is located within a private nature reserve spanning over 10 hectares. Measuring approximately 75 m², the open-plan floor features a bedroom with a desk, a unique living room with a bench offering a view—which also serves as a third sleeping area—and an open kitchen. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The north facade is fully glazed with double-pane windows and offers a view of the Monchique mountain landscape. Casa Cipreste is self-sufficient, meaning it has its own power supply, water from a spring, and its own wastewater treatment system. The underfloor heating ensures that the casa remains comfortable even on cooler days. The high ceilings—nearly 5 meters—provide excellent acoustics, and an electric piano is part of the furnishings. The villa has 3 terraces. The sauna is available upon request. The owners of the Arc are both architects and enjoy nature.

Casa Cipreste is less than a 15-minute drive from several beaches and the sea; Portimão is about a 20-minute drive away.
