The Nature House, 85 m2, is located in the middle of a beautiful Regional Nature Park. This nature reserve is a Unesco World Heritage Area. A special serenity and energy can be felt in this area. You have access to a spacious house, many amenities, colorful garden and lawn with sun loungers, large terrace (43m2) and balcony which offer you all the space you need to relax and enjoy beautiful views. Overlooking the mountain Monte Subasio. Maximum 6 people. The property covers an area of 3 hectares of which 2 are woods. Our estate is under development. Major steps have been taken to restore the olive grove and small vineyard. In addition, a fruit orchard, a vegetable garden and fields of Mediterranean herbs for the production of essential oils are also being planned and planted. The flora and fauna are diverse, key flowers, crested hyacinths, Adonis and orchids. Wild boar, porcupines, red deer and birds of prey. The colorful Hoopoe can often be seen and heard. Small swarms of dancing fireflies can be seen at night and color the evening, right by the house. The area is a calcareous hilly landscape with deep gorges and springs where water rises from Monte Subasio and continues its way through waterfalls. From the house you have direct access to the long-distance paths that lead, among others, over the medieval bridge the Ponte Marchetto and over the gorge located on our property. The city of Assisi can be reached by car in just fifteen minutes. Cultural history from the Etruscan era to Roman times and the Middle Ages, is never far away. Umbria is centrally located and cities such as Rome, Perugia and Florence are within easy reach both by rail and by car.
