This nature house is an amazingly beautiful wooden lodge with large sliding glass door. On this beautiful property, this lodge is hidden among the greenery. Because of its location and positioning, you really have your own private piece, completely surrounded by nature. Enjoy with your feet in the sand the view of the water and listen to the birds and frogs. The lodge itself is equipped with sanitary facilities, (dining) table and with the wood stove you can also enjoy the peace and space in autumn and early spring. On the wooden deck, by a campfire or from the self-fired hot tub you can look at the stars, enjoy the sun and relax completely immersed in luxury.

Nature and environment As early as 1632 there was a farm here, and from 1783 this land was worked by the sons and daughters of the Te Voortwis family. Generation after generation, the estate and farm grew into what it is today, a friendly, green, island outside of time, a place where everyone is invited to take a break from hectic life. The green, spacious estate with the Angel Island in the middle of the beautiful retention area, the labyrinth with the old oak tree, the frog pools the horses, donkeys, alpacas and the small livestock, The vegetable garden, The Picking / Tea Garden (open summer) and of course the bright yellow sunflowers in late summer. Nature lovers will enjoy themselves in the middle of the beautiful Winterswijk National Landscape. An unprecedented beautiful area with 22,000 hectares of unique nature reserves, where there is plenty of peace and quiet and where many special plants and animals live. Approximately 4km from the heart of Winterswijk, the station and Germany.
