The cottage is a newly built two-story wooden house at the very source of Rupečića (a source, sinkhole and pit that is one of the largest sites of manfish in Croatia). There is also an old mill and a small waterfall, creating a unique experience in a unique and unique location. The house covers about 1500m2 of land surrounded by forest on all sides.

Nature and surroundings

The house is on the source Rupecica, little lake, waterfall and a little cave where is the habitat of the endemic species "Covjecja ribica". One of the biggest in Croatia. Also only 2 minutes by walking is another lake called "Smitovo jezero", a beautiful blue-green lake where you can rent a little boat from us and take a little ride with it. 2 minutes by car is 11th biggest lake in Croatia called "Sabljaci" with clear water. Perfect for swimming during the summer or if you like fishing, you can find there more then 12 types of fish
