Nature, peace & environment:We were allowed to stay for 2 weeks in the apartment of Anja & Yves in Hulst. What a fantastic place. The view over the lake is beautiful and you can see spoonbills, shelducks, white storks, avocets, cetti's warbler (hear) and sparrow hawks to name a few. The apartment is super complete and you will not easily find something in vain. Anja and Yves are very nice people, who think with you and make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Tips for activities from the apartment: 1. Cycling through the nodes along the Westerschelde. 2. Walking through the Dutch coastal path from e.g. Sluis to Cadzand or from Cadzand to Breskens 3. Do you like geocaching then there is in Westdorpe a beautiful series of caches called rondje Autriche For us this stay was a wonderful vacation, which we would also like to grant others.
Wij mochten 2 weken in het appartement van Anja & Yves in Hulst verblijven. Wat een fantastische plek. Het uitzicht over het meer is prachtig en je kunt er lepelaars, bergeenden, witgatjes, kluten, cetti's zanger (horen) en sperwers zien om maar wat te noemen. Heb je geluk, zoals wij, dan zie je een vos uit het riet tevoorschijn komen.
Het appartement is super compleet en je zult niet snel iets tevergeefs zoeken. Anja en Yves zijn bijzonder fijne mensen, die met je meedenken en alles in het werk stellen om je verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.
Tips voor activteiten vanuit het appartement:
1. Fietsen via de knooppunten langs de Westerschelde.
2. Wandelen via het Nederlands kustpad van bijv. Sluis naar Cadzand of van Cadzand naar Breskens
3. Houd je van geocachen dan is er in Westdorpe een prachtige serie caches met de naam rondje Autriche
