This luxury vacation home (75m2) is located in a beautiful spot on a quiet dirt road, overlooking the large woodland garden. In the garden you can see twittering birds, squirrels and sometimes even a deer! The newly built lodge is attractively furnished. There is a living room with wood-burning fireplace and underfloor heating. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, combi-oven, fridge with freezer and a Dolce Gusto coffee cup machine. On the BG there is 1 bedroom with a 2-person box spring. On the 1st floor there is 1 very large bedroom with a 2-person box spring and bathroom furniture and 1 bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom on the BG has a luxury walk-in shower, vanity and toilet. There is a second toilet on the 1st floor. Very fully equipped lodge! Here you can enjoy the outdoors. On the terrace is a table with comfortable (reclining) chairs and a barbecue. The cottage is located on a plot of large lawn and 2 parking spaces. There is a canopy for bicycles.
Nature and surroundings
This is the perfect place to recharge, rest, engage in sporting activities as well as enjoy the conviviality of the fine surrounding towns. The lodge is beautifully situated within walking distance of several nature reserves, adjacent to the Crown Estates, the Gortelse Heide and Vierhouten. Epe has a 100% wildlife guarantee so chances are good that you will spot deer or other wildlife.The center of Epe with various stores and restaurants is about 3km. In the vicinity are beautiful places to visit such as Deventer, Elburg, Zwolle and Apeldoorn. For families with children there are fine terraces with playground nearby: relaxation guaranteed! Recreational and cultural activities also abound: the Veluwse Bron, recreational area Zandenplas in Nunspeet, Queen Julianatoren, Cannenburgh castle, Apenheul, Paleis het Loo and Heerderstrand. There is a huge amount to do, and all from a wonderfully quiet home base. Be amazed and enjoy!
