The comfortably furnished, approx. 125 m² non-smoking house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living and fireplace room as well as a balcony to enjoy the sunrises. The vacation home was renovated in 2020/21, modernly furnished and awarded four stars by the DTV. The family-friendly furnishings, separate/fenced garden (approx. 140 m²) with sunny terrace and numerous play facilities make it ideal for families traveling with a baby or toddler - we have numerous amenities such as a changing unit, high chair, rocking animal, stair gate, child safety locks, so that parents can also relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove with oven, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee and K-fee capsule machines, kettle, egg boiler, etc. and promises you a relaxing vacation time in which you can cater for and pamper yourself at any time.

Nature lovers' hearts beat faster here: the vacation home is located outside the village and surrounded by natural meadows, fields and forest. In the immediate vicinity are the nature reserves "Brutteich und Brutwiesen ..." (400 m) and "Egertal bei Neuhaus" (1.3 km). This unique location offers you an ideal starting point for walks, hikes, bike tours, fishing trips and much more. The fragrant orchard and natural flower meadow in front of the house invites you to sunbathe, relax and enjoy. The A93 highway, with the Höchstädt/Thierstein and Thiersheim exits, is 6 km away. You will also find the nearest shopping facilities in these towns.
