Private 40 m² veranda with a 40 m² balcony above it, accessible via a spiral staircase; 2 doors leading to the 36 m² bedrooms on the 1st floor. The rooms, separated from the rest of our house, have access to your large 12–15 m² bathroom, featuring 2 showers, a bathtub, a toilet, and a urinal. Large sink with 3 faucets: one for cold water and a separate one for hot water. The veranda features an outdoor kitchen, shared use of an Airfryer, and a spacious refrigerator. Lounge chairs and a table for 12 people. In the winter, there’s a wood stove and heater behind tempered glass, so you can still enjoy the warmth of the fire as the sun sets—even at temperatures between 14–18°C—with a stunning view into the woods. Or head up to the balcony for an even more beautiful view, complete with a lounge set and a table for 6 people. You’ll be renting Rooms I and II. Rooms 3–4 are available at an additional cost, to be arranged by you. So, with 2–4 to 8 people, you’ll have the space all to yourselves. The option for 5 or 8 people isn’t always available. Nature and surroundings
We live in the middle of the forest, in a villa neighborhood with 20 neighbors, 5 km from downtown Harderwijk with its beautiful historic center, boulevard, beach island, and dolphinarium. Boat rentals and a marina are also available. From our property, you can explore various hiking and biking trails. Early in the morning and in the evening at dusk, you can often spot red deer, and in the winter, you can hear the owls. There are many birds of prey and other birds, as well as squirrels.
