The house is located in the forest in Uelsen. It has a covered terrace surrounded by a garden and various trees and shrubs.The forest plot is over 2400 m2 where you can relax and use various seats and also offers play opportunities for children. The plot is completely fenced. Your dog therefore has freedom on the entire plot. The house is suitable for 6 people i.v.m. a toilet and shower in the same room, requires some adjustments from each other - Safe stair gates are attached - Cot and high chair available - Pets are welcome - Quick charging station (at Grenzlandmarkt) + / - 1 km. - Parking space for several cars - TV with very large channel package (including ESPN, Ziggo, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, Filmbox) - Good Wifi connection - 2 men's and 2 women's bikes - Linen available - Living area approximately 125 m2 including basement - Wood stove and wood available - Microwave, oven, dishwasher and washing machine available

Near the nature house are - indoor and outdoor swimming pool - Blekkers Hofcafe (coffee, homemade cakes - luxury breakfast) - tennis court and mini golf - many hiking and cycling routes - Bronzezezezeithof, museum about the Bronze Age - Abenteuer spielplatz, a large playground and kiosk. All this at LOOPAFSTAND of the cottage. The cottage is located about 1 kilometer from the center of Uelsen where there are several stores, restaurants and supermarkets. The place Uelsen has a beautiful rolling landscape. It is also possible to visit amusement parks such as Slagharen and cities such as Ootmarsum, Oldenzaal, Hardenberg, Tubbergen and Nordhorn (with its fun zoo) within a short travel distance. There are 3 bedrooms including one on the ground floor - Smoking is not allowed - Fireworks are not allowed - Parties are not allowed - Not suitable for groups of young people, students or sports teams
