The stone villa, built in the 19th century, is 320m tall. It has panoramic views of the old castle of Montecchio and Cortona, both of which are a short drive from the farmhouse. Monte San Savino, Lucignano and the Trasimeno Lake are also close by, offering plenty of cultural attractions.

The farmhouse is surrounded by fully-fenced grounds of 5-hectares, which include a stunning swimming-pool (6x14 m) set in a spacious, sunny location, with a spectacular view. The pool is fully equipped with beach-umbrellas, deck-chairs ,sunbeds and gazebos, in addition to the natural shade of the enormous nearby willow . A shower is housed in an original stone structure. Children and adults can also enjoy inflatables, balls and other games. The pool is open from May until the end of September, except in the case of unfavorable weather conditions.
