The apartment is situated in a quiet location on the edge of our property surrounded by fields, meadows and fruit trees. We offer SAT-TV, free W-LAN, terrace with seating area, barbecue facilities, sunbathing area and playground as well as parking directly at the house. The apartment with a living space of about 60 square meters is suitable for 4 people. It consists of a kitchen-living room and WC with shower on the ground floor, a bedroom with 2 single beds 90/200 on the upper floor and another bedroom with 2 single beds 90/200 and 140/200 also on the upper floor.

Hike on the Celtic hiking trail, in the footsteps of the poet Friedrich Rückert, or the castle trail, these hiking trails lead directly past our property. It is also only a stone's throw to the hiking trails in the Hassberge mountains. The Ellerthäuser See lake (33 ha - the largest lake in Lower Franconia) with bathing beach, playgrounds, boating, sailing, climbing garden, kiosk and restaurant is not far away. (Cycle path 7 km) Our community has new, well-developed cycle paths. If the weather doesn't play along, you can visit the surrounding indoor and outdoor swimming pools in Hofheim, Bad Königshofen and Schweinfurt as well as our beautiful half-timbered villages and historic towns. Tourist highlights in the immediate vicinity are Würzburg, Bamberg, Schweinfurt, Fulda, the Steigerwald, the Rhön and the Thuringian Forest.
