The gîte was completely renovated, insulated and decorated in 2023, perfectly combining comfort and authenticity. The detached house has spectacular views and is idyllically located between rolling meadows with no through roads and offers absolute privacy with 2000m² garden and orchard. The living room (36m²) has a sitting area around the wood stove, a dining area and a fully equipped open kitchen with induction stove, oven and refrigerator (no freezer). The second bedroom is on the ground floor with trundle bed for 2 persons (2x80x200).
