This apartment with a large balcony and views of the countryside is located on the 1st floor of the listed vacation home. Furnished with eco-designer furniture made from natural wood in our own carpentry workshop. Air conditioning, bed with extra-long linen, swimming pond and sauna in the garden - these are just some of the nice things that make a vacation here at Brauhaus 3 so pleasant, at any time of year. The house is supplied with energy and heat by its own solar system with storage tank. An electric charging station supplies our guests' vehicles with electricity. We have placed particular emphasis on local, natural materials and regional products in the construction and furnishings, and we try to do without plastics wherever possible and to act as sustainably as possible. From a minimum age of 14 years - Adults only. No pets allowed.
Nature and surroundings
The vacation home is a former brewery, has a total of two more vacation apartments under the Nature house IDs 74686 and 74690 and an additional double room/bathroom, for those who need another bedroom on request and at an additional cost. The house is located at the entrance to Köslau. Located directly on the Rennweg and close to the Burgenstraße, only half an hour's drive from the world heritage city of Bamberg, it has become a very special domicile for vacationers seeking relaxation or guests staying overnight for a short time after extensive and careful renovation.
