This apartment, featuring a large balcony and a view of the countryside, is located on the 1st floor of the historic vacation home. It is furnished with designer furniture made of natural wood, crafted in our own woodshop. Air conditioning, a bed with extra-long linens, a swimming pond, and a sauna in the garden—these are just a few of the wonderful amenities that make a vacation here at Brauhaus 3 so enjoyable, no matter the season. A private solar system with a storage unit supplies the house with energy and heat. An electric vehicle charging station provides power for our guests’ vehicles. During the renovation and furnishing, we placed special emphasis on local, natural materials and regional products, and we strive to avoid plastics wherever possible and operate as close to nature as possible. Minimum age 14—adults only. No pets.
Nature and surroundings
The vacation home is a former brewery; it also includes two additional vacation apartments listed under Nature house IDs 74686 and 74690, as well as a double room with a bathroom for guests who need an extra bedroom upon request and for an additional fee. It is situated at the entrance to Köslau, adding to the town’s charm. Situated directly on Rennweg and close to the Burgenstraße, just a half-hour drive from the World Heritage city of Bamberg, it has been transformed—following an extensive and meticulous renovation—into a truly special retreat for vacationers seeking relaxation or guests staying for a short time.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Not suitable for children under the age of 14.
- Minimum age of main booker: 25 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.

- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
