This nature house is a newly built chalet with a very spacious, cozy, and bright interior, 4 very spacious bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, located in a wooded area and equipped with all modern comforts, as well as a superb elevated terrace with a lounge set where you can relax in comfort. A barbecue, a petanque court, board games, an additional lounge area with an extra TV, a foosball table, digital Proximus TV, and unlimited Wi-Fi are available, along with trash bags. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are no fewer than 3 separate restrooms in the chalet. Our manager is always nearby and will be happy to assist you with any questions you may have. We are one of the few rental companies to have received accreditation from the Wallonia Tourism Board, which grants us exclusive status. This is a very rigorous certification that can only be obtained through an on-site visit by the tourism board and by complying with all safety, comfort, and hygiene regulations. An ecological water treatment system is in place.
Nature and surroundings
It is located in Barvaux, near Durbuy—Belgium’s smallest and most beautiful historic town, and it is definitely worth a visit. The wonderful Christmas market, held from late November through early December, is also highly recommended. Durbuy Adventure Park, with kayaking and other activities nearby, is an adventure park featuring paintball, climbing courses, wall climbing, and just about anything you can think of. The chalet is the ideal base in the heart of the Ardennes, with plenty of hiking, biking, and kayaking opportunities nearby. Dining is certainly no problem either—there are numerous restaurants within a radius of just a few kilometers. The chalet is easily accessible, and parking for 5 cars is provided in front of the chalet; the forest across the way is also on the property and freely accessible to our guests. The terrace is very spacious and can be completely enclosed for the dogs so they have plenty of room to move around during their stay. La Roche-en-Ardenne and the La Chouffe Brewery are easily accessible by car.
