This apartment is on the 1st floor of our house and faces north-east. With 55 square meters of living space, it offers plenty of room to relax. It has access to the east-facing balcony via the large eat-in kitchen, with a view of the meandering Illach river. The house was built in 2021 with local craftsmen, sustainable building materials and state-of-the-art technology. This vacation apartment has a bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room, so it can accommodate 3 people. Lovingly restored solid wood furniture, carpenter kitchens, solid wood floors, old wooden beams, sheep's wool carpets from regional weavers shake hands and make the vacation apartment cozy and modern. Old pictures are reminiscent of times gone by. The farmhouse is 100% self-sufficient. A free WLAN with 1 Gigabit allows you to work without any problems. With us you get the Königscard! With it you can use over 200 experiences, such as thermal baths or mountain railroads, in the Allgäu, Tyrol and Upper Bavaria free of charge.
Nature and surroundings
Our former farmhouse is situated in a secluded, quiet location in a very beautiful landscape, the Illachtal and hamlet of Rudersau. Our vacation apartments have a well-kept, large garden with countless opportunities for free play, which will remind you of your childhood days. Our spacious garden also includes a campfire site, a playground with swings and sandpit and country house, as well as the path to the meandering Illach stream and invites you to linger in nature. Sun loungers, parasols, playground equipment, pedal boat, three barbecues and campfire wood are available for use free of charge. Three deckchairs can be rented for a daily fee. Our neighbor offers carriage rides.
