A cozy apartment with a mezzanine and all the comforts. The double bedroom is on the second floor and there is a sofa bed in the living room. There is also an open kitchen, dining room and sitting area with TV. The bathroom has a shower. Bath items are provided, as well as towels. The apartment has a private entrance and a terrace with a picnic table. Two folding deck chairs and a parasol are also included. During cold months, the apartment is heated with a pellet stove (pellets are included) and during the summer months the thick walls keep it nice and cool inside.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in an old country house renovated in 2016 into 4 vacation apartments, which can be rented separately or together. All of the apartments have a private entrance and a small terrace. In addition, there are many cozy corners scattered throughout the estate: a large sun terrace, a covered picnic area with barbecue and pizza oven, a petanque area, a playground for toddlers, lounge chairs ánd a communal swimming pool (July-August). The 6-hectare finca with olive and almond trees is located next to a mountainside, just 1.3 km from the village of Fuentespalda and offers exceptionally beautiful views and sunsets over the valley. The Matarraña is known for its still unspoiled nature and offers many activities for nature lovers: hiking, cycling, horseback riding, natural swimming spots, ... For those who prefer some culture, you can visit the charming villages and enjoy the typical Aragonese cuisine.
