Accommodation for 2 to 6 people located in a quiet, hilly countryside 30 minutes from Sarlat-la-Canéda and Brive-la-Gaillarde where you can enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, enjoy the swimming pool and hiking trails or the many tourist sites.This characterful house, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, offers you a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with wood stove, and a bathroom and 4 bedrooms on the second floor.Fully independent house with private entrance and a spacious terrace. In a utility room there is also a washing machine and dryer at your disposal, also ideal for storing your own bike(s) Around your gîte is a plot of land of 1700 m², with outdoor games such as table soccer, swing, playground, trampoline, table tennis and swimming pool. You will benefit from the swimming pool which is open from May to September The pool is fenced and for common use. (In July and August part of the campsite, outside only 1 other cottage).
Nature and surroundings
Come and enjoy this oasis of calm and discover this region with its many hiking trails starting from the gîte. In the heart of the Périgord-noir, close to the two gastronomic cities, numerous visits are possible: lakes, goat farms, chocolate museum, local markets with local specialties. Active activities: climbing forest, go-karting, bowling, animal parks, canoeing.... Lots of things to do for young and old alike. Cosy food markets in the summer months in the surrounding villages. And many castles, caves and gardens worth visiting.
