Nature house in Paulhiac

This stand-alone cottage is located on the small vacation domain "Aux Martis". On the ground floor you will find: the dining area with a modern kitchen (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, ...), a sitting area overlooking the terrace and a sitting area by the wood stove, the bathroom (shower, sink) with toilet and two bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds (90x200) and a bedroom with one large bed (160x200). From the living room a staircase leads to the cozy mezzanine with another single bed (90x200). On request, we provide a crib and/or dining chair free of charge. Bed linen is provided, bath linen is optional. At about 50 meters from the house is a common building where a washing machine can be used (for free). The swimming pool (open early June to late September) of 5.5x13 meters is located centrally on the property and is shared with possible tenants in the three other gites and campers in our mini-camping.

We are located at the end of a small road so there is no traffic, children can romp in peace and safety on the lawn, in the woods, on the playground, visit our sheep or admire the cows of the neighbors. One of the playgrounds is right next to the cottage. In the immediate vicinity you can visit authentic villages, bastides and castles. On any day of the week you can visit one of these villages for the weekly traditional market. In July and August all kinds of events are organized (including "fêtes médiévales", "Bodéga", vide greniers, brocantes) and there are also evening markets where you can taste all the local delicacies, accompanied by music. In addition, there are some impressive caves to visit in the region. On both the Lot and Dordogne rivers you can canoe/kayak and there are nice swimming spots. Around our property there are hiking trails, VTT (mountain bike) trails and cycling routes.
