In the beautiful nature of the Frisian Woods stands on a small-scale nature campsite this nature house.Here you can enjoy the peace and nature and hear especially bird sounds. The house has a front garden and a fully fenced backyard with spacious views. The house is newly renovated with a spacious living room, cozy kitchen, bathroom en suite with shower, toilet and washbasin, spacious bedroom and heating by CV. For dogs there is a fenced playground at the forest and a walking field. There is also a large pond where dogs are allowed. In the kitchen there is a Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee. There are no cleaning costs. You must leave the cottage clean upon departure. Cleaning service can be ordered for 60 euros. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent a linen package, 15 euros per person. Comforters, single, and pillows are provided.
Nature and surroundings
The Frisian Woods is a beautiful natural area in Friesland. Meadows surrounded by trees, forests and water. Here is not so much tourism and you can hear the birds, enjoy the peace and nature. The house has a garden with a beautiful view and lots of privacy. Horses, sheep, deer and hares walk in the meadows around the cottage. Fishing ponds 500 m away. Cycling routes directly from the campsite. Mountain bikes can be rented at the campsite. There are also pilates -yoga classes you can join. At the reception you can order hot rolls in the morning. Stores for groceries and public transport are 4 km away. Nature reserve Lauwersmeer, bird breeding areas in the Mieden and cozy cities like Dokkum and Leeuwarden are nearby.
