Through the entrance hall you step into a lovingly renovated house. With dedication and attention to detail we have created a place where you will feel at home. On the first floor there is a spacious sitting area with smart TV. Then you come into an enchanting living kitchen (with pellet stove), with all amenities for cozy dining together. Through a sliding window to the terrace overlooking our ecological garden with picnic bench. Both on the ground floor and upstairs are 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom. Outside you can relax in the courtyard. Take a splash in the pool (heated from mid-May to September weather permitting) or enjoy the heat in the hot tub and sauna (both included from October to mid-May). In short, a mix of luxury and wellness, nature and tranquility will hopefully make this stay unforgettable.
Nature and surroundings
We offer regional walks, often in natural areas created by clay extraction from the former brickyards. The cycling network Province of Antwerp offers endless cycling pleasure. A visit to the Botanical Garden 'De kleine Boerderij' with its special collection garden is worthwhile. Merksplas colony, an important heritage site with protective monuments in a unique landscape is highly recommended. Also Wortel colony Unesco World Heritage since 2021 you can discover by scooters or scooters, an escaperoom, or an outdoor escape game. A unique experience where history, adventure and nature come together. At the Abbey of Westmalle you can taste the famous trappist beer Westmalle van 't vat. The amusement park Bobbejaanland and recreation property the Lilse bergen guarantee a fun day out for young and old. The cities of Turnhout and Antwerp can be visited within a thirty minute drive.
