The Loft is a newly built, detached vacation home (living space approx. 70 m²) and the name says it all. It is built almost entirely from local pinewood. The interior has also been lovingly furnished with local wood and other high-quality materials. Great importance was attached to ecology and sustainability. The large, open living space of around 40 square meters has a "loft character", the clear height up to the visible ridge is more than 4 meters. A wooden staircase leads up to the gallery. This is also where the so-called "bird's nest" is located as a second, particularly romantic bedroom. The attic made of pine wood is unique in many ways: you can relax there on a network of deckchairs. The entire first floor is equipped with underfloor heating and there is a spacious bathroom with a shower and even a bathtub. The open kitchen is fully equipped, from the dishwasher to the free-standing kitchenette. The front of the house and the garden with covered terrace and barbecue will be finished in the spring.

Here it is, the loft, idyllically and quietly situated on the edge of Heinersdorf in the beautiful, green Tettaudal valley, surrounded by the wooded mountains of the Thuringian Forest. The edge of the forest is only about 50 meters behind the house. A large natural garden with outdoor seating and a beautiful view over the village is at your disposal. The nature reserve "Tettautal", through which many local and national hiking and cycling trails meander, is right on the doorstep. Here you can experience the untouched nature of the Tettautal and much more. The Rennsteig is also only about 20 kilometers away. The "Green Belt" also surrounds the former border town of Heinersdorf. There is a memorial at the former border crossing to Bavaria, and the Landleitenbachtal recreation area with the Rothenkirchen natural swimming pool is just 5 km away. The district town of Sonneberg is also only 7 km away from the Fichtenloft.
