Solid wood kitchen with sink, gas stove with extractor hood, small electrical appliances such as toaster and coffee machine, as well as all kinds of pots, pans, crockery and cutlery. Living room with water-bearing wood-burning stove and sofa bed. The flat screen TV (102cm) offers you satellite TV and music via the 4.1 music system. Outdoor area: In the large garden: granite table 2 x 1m, benches, chairs, fire pit, seating under the roof in the rain and a wonderful view of the mountains. The highlight is a wood-fired outdoor sauna with spring-fed plunge pool.

In the surrounding area you will find shopping facilities within one kilometer, an adventure pool 1.5 km away and various restaurants (3 to 5 km). The Lauscha ski jump with virtual ski jumping is well worth a visit (3 km). There are also numerous other sporting activities such as mountain biking, hiking, climbing (Steinach high ropes course), winter sports, ski area, ice rink, swimming pool, indoor pool, tennis, horse riding, disco, Nordic walking, cycling, mountain biking, downhill and cross-country skiing. Numerous museums such as the glass workshops and museums in Lauscha, toy makers and museums in Sonneberg, porcelain production in Sitzendorf, the Heinrich Geissler Museum and local history museum in Neuhaus, as well as the oldest wooden church there. You can visit the Morassina Grotto in Schmiedefeld and the Fröbel Tower with the world's steepest funicular in Oberweißbach. A summer toboggan run with ski lift awaits you in Ernstthal.
