Welcome to the cozy blue room on the first floor of our charming house! This modern, newly renovated room is decorated in a 1970s style. The room opens onto an east-facing balcony and has access to the large south-facing terrace. The bathroom, which includes a toilet, features a modern design with a walk-in shower. Our building has a strong, open Wi-Fi network. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the house. Dogs are welcome. The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for dogs to run around and burn off energy. In our on-site restaurant, we serve breakfast (for an additional €15 per person; please ask upon arrival) and, in the evening (by arrangement), authentic Neapolitan pizza and fine wines. You can charge your car using a 230 V/16 A outlet for 0.40 € per kWh, and you’re responsible for keeping track of how much you’ve charged.

Here you’ll find relaxation amid the breathtaking scenery of the Vulkaneifel, an undiscovered gem with easily accessible forests, streams, and picturesque villages. As an official “climatic health resort,” this part of the Eifel offers the perfect blend of nature and relaxation. In the garden, you can enjoy the refreshing pond with its swimming steps or gather around the fire pit in the evening. Discover nature reserves, scenic trails, the Teufelsschlucht (Devil’s Gorge), and the Wilde Endert. The region offers numerous opportunities for sports enthusiasts—cycling, canoeing, and cross-country skiing in winter. In winter, there can be quite a lot of snow. Don’t forget the mandatory winter tires—and bring your snowshoes! The surrounding area also offers exciting discoveries for children, and the variety of activities ensures that everyone will find their perfect vacation. Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
