Tiny house (self-sufficient tiny house with separate toilet) on a 6,000 m² natural estate surrounded by forests and lakes near the small town of Schortens. Less is more: minimalist living with little luggage on 22.5 sq m. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bathroom with large shower cubicle and separate toilet, self-sufficient electricity and water supply, 2 sleeping lofts for 2 adults and 2 children, sitting/dining area, baby cot, electric underfloor heating, wood-burning stove. Bed linen + towels incl. deposit € 200.- in cash. A few steps away from the Tiny-House is the parking lot, also for WoMos, the café garden and the organic & fair department store MERCADO MUNDIAL with the "Fair-Café" (vegan food), where our coffee roastery is located, and the organic & fair consumer goods store with unpackaged department. "We have everything you need, and what we don't have, you don't need." In-house vegan sausage factory and vegan patisserie.
Nature and surroundings
Our property is situated on the outskirts of the village, surrounded by woods and lakes, which are only a few steps away. We have chickens, ducks and wild sheep as well as self-catering farming. It is 10 km to the North Sea, 3 m to the town, 5 km to Jever and 10 km to Wilhelmshaven. The bus stops in front of our property, the train station is 3 km away.
