Feel welcome and at home in our vacation home. As a guest, you have your own entrance. Upon entering you come into a large hallway. There you will find the shower (with towels). Upstairs (1 staircase) is the living room with kitchen (with kitchen linen and Senseo), the toilet and the bedroom with a made up 2persoonsbed, nice and big (1.60x2.10), 1 mattress. In the bedroom there is a spacious closet for your clothes. The kitchen has an induction hob, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. A dining area where you can sit down to eat. An easy chair to read in and a sofa to watch TV. Outside you have a complete garden all to yourself with seats at your disposal. There is a beautiful chestnut tree. The house is not suitable for children who are crawling or walking. If you want to bring your baby, you can, but please provide your own cot and other necessities. Just let us know when booking. Nature and surroundings
This Nature House is located at the edge of the village of Koudekerke in beautiful Walcheren. A nice village with many amenities like a bakery, Jumbo and Aldi, bike rental, coffee café, ATM and a pharmacy. It is less than 10 minutes cycling to the beach, 1 of the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Walking through the dunes or cycling along the coast, it's fantastic! After a day in nature you can cook at home or have a bite at one of the many restaurants on the beach. And watch the sun sink into the sea, or if it's very cozy maybe even rise again.

The location is beautiful, on the outskirts of the village of Koudekerke, but supermarkets are close by for daily shopping. The cottage is nicely decorated, well maintained and everything is there. For example, the heating had just been replaced before we arrived, so we were nice and warm in the room and bedroom. The shower has no heating, but with the heat in the arrival hall we could still shower well.From the cottage you can make beautiful walks through the polders, to the dunes and the beach. And by car (or bicycle) is also the west coast with eg Westkapelle easily accessible. All in all a nice place to go if you heg Zeeland landscape but do not want to sit in super tourist parks!

Het huisje is mooi ingericht, goed onderhouden en alles is aanwezig. Zo was de verwarming net vervangen voordat wij arriveerden, waardoor we er lekker warmpjes bijzaten in de kamer en slaapkamer. De douche heeft geen verwarming, maar met de warmte in de aankomsthal konden we toch goed douchen.
Vanuit het huisje kun je prachtige wandelingen maken door de polders, naar de duinen en het strand. En met de auto (of fiets) is ook de westkust met bijv Westkapelle goed te bereiken.
