Daisy December 29, 2025 General rating:Nice master bedroom with beautiful view of the garden. The kitchen has everything you need only the fridge gets cramped if you want to cook here for a week. The silence is lovely and you can easily walk from the house into the beautiful surroundings. The river around the property is nice and our dog had a great time running and playing with the owners dog. They have their own accommodation at the back. Very friendly hospitable people.We had some difficulty with the wood burning in the stove this requires some experience and instructions. There are many games available and we had our own laptop connected to the TV to watch a movie. You are a short distance from nice villages and cities. For the peace seeker this is a wonderful place and very nice if you want to escape the fireworks in the Netherlands. We heard fireworks in the distance for half an hour and that was it. Our dog had a quiet turn of the year and so did we.
Fijne master bedroom met prachtig uitzicht over de tuin. De keuken heeft alles wat je nodig hebt alleen de koelkast wordt krap als je hier een week wil koken. De stilte is heerlijk en je wandelt vanuit het huis makkelijk de mooie omgeving in. Het riviertje om het terrein is leuk en onze hond heeft heerlijk kunnen rennen en spelen met de hond van de eigenaren. Zij hebben een eigen verblijf aan de achterzijde. Hele vriendelijke gastvrije mensen.
We hadden wat moeite met het hout stoken in de kachel dit vraagt enige ervaring en gebruiksaanwijzing. Er zijn veel spelletjes aanwezig en wij hadden zelf onze laptop aan de tv gekoppeld om een filmpje te kijken.
Je zit op korte afstand van leuk dorpen en steden. Voor de rustzoeker is dit een heerlijke plek en heel fijn als je het vuurwerk in Nederland wil ontvluchten. We hebben een half uurtje vuurwerk in de verte gehoord en dat was het.
