We were there in late September and found the quilts very warm.
Wij waren er eindseptember en vonden de dekbedden erg warm.
The entire house is on property which was entirely at our disposal. It is not a through road, there is only destination traffic. The view behind shows the large garden with room for a covered porch. 2 rooms in the house were closed,but with 7 ladies we really had no shortage of space! In the spacious kitchen we could cook dinner and breakfast. The bedrooms are spacious, but because there was only 1 double room, privacy is not guaranteed for multiple couples. The owner told us that this will be worked on soon.For walkers, fortress Bourtange is feasible. We visited the autumn fair.
Het volledige huis staat op een terrein wat geheel en al tot onze beschikking was. Het is geen doorgaande weg, er is alleen bestemmingsverkeer. Het uitzicht achter laat de grote tuin zien met ruimte voor een overdekte veranda. 2 ruimtes in huis waren afgesloten,maar met 7 dames hadden we echt geen tekort aan ruimte!
In de ruime keuken konden wij koken eten en ontbijten. De huiskamer bood comforbele zitplaatsen voor ons allemaal.Én wat was het heerlijk schoon!!
De slaapkamers zijn ruim, maar omdat er maar 1 2 persoonskamer was is privacy niet gewaarborgd voor meerdere stellen. De eigenaresse vertelde dat daar binnenkort aan gewerkt wordt.
