Our newly renovated vacation apartment on the upper floor offers around 70 m² of space for up to 4 people and a small child in a crib. If you are traveling with more people, there is the possibility to camp on the covered terrace or, of course, to reserve the apartment "Anna" in the basement. The vacation home Forstblick is a former farmhouse of Anna and Paul Schmidt from 1960, the Paulsen house, which has been renovated and furnished with great attention to detail. Treat yourself to a break in a pretty cottage in the countryside with a large garden, fruit trees and colorful flower beds, with a campfire site, barbecue area and plenty of space for dreaming, rest and relaxation on the terraces with seating. There are plenty of parking spaces and lockable storage facilities for motorcycles and e-bikes. E-cars can be conveniently charged at our wallbox (separate billing). Remote working is no problem thanks to the broadband connection!
Nature and surroundings
Our vacation home is located on the outskirts of Betzenstein, the smallest town in Franconia - right in the middle between Franconian Switzerland and Hersbrucker Schweiz. Surrounded by fields, forests and idyllic tranquillity, you are by no means "off the beaten track" here. Directly in Betzenstein you will find a small supermarket and a butcher as well as several restaurants. The A9 motorway and other supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes (5 km). Whether hiking, jogging, climbing, canoeing, mountain biking or swimming in the Betzenstein outdoor pool, as well as long walks through the peaceful Veldenstein Forest and the varied cultural landscape - every sports lover will get their money's worth here.
