Enjoy the peace and freedom of this nature house! In combination with the hot tub, outdoor shower and since recently the kamado bbq, this is an ideal place to unwind.In 2023, the nature house was completed in a part of a former fruit shed.Through private entrance there is a living room with kitchen (combination oven, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator) and a toilet. Through the (narrow) spiral staircase you reach the mezzanine with a 2 pers bed and a children's room (limited headroom). Luxury bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer.
Nature and surroundings
Our house is located on the Annie MG Schmidtsingel, named after Annie MG Schmidt. The characters from the stories of this Kapelse writer have an important role in our residential area. You can see this in the street signs, but also in the works of art and playground equipment.The house has a good location close to the center of the village, the NS railway station and the A58 freeway.At 20 minutes cycling distance (8 minutes by car) you will find several beaches in Wemeldinge and National Park Oosterschelde. It is not very big, but very nicely located. Behind the Promenade, on the Oosterschelde, near the village marina. Moreover, the North Sea beaches can be reached within half an hour. In our village of Kapelle, the sports center, which includes a swimming pool, was recently completed.
