The residential farmhouse is located in the yard of vineyard De Fiere Wijnakker. The former stable of the hall farm has been converted into a comfortable home. It offers a spacious living room equipped with an open kitchen with a corner sofa, a dining table for 6, a smart TV, and a 2-person sofa bed. There are two bedrooms with double beds. The upstairs bedroom has 2 extra mattresses. The open kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher. The house is equipped with fiber optic connection. The availability of wifi, internet, bed and bath and kitchen linen are included in the price. The living room has garden doors equipped with a screen door and the back of the house has a sunshade. The house gives comfortable living space for 1-6 people. Parking spaces and charging station available, furniture in the garden. For children there is plenty of room to play: swing, tumble rack and trampoline. You can join a wine tasting on request.

The house is located in the outlying area of Zutphen. A great area to explore by bike or on foot. Hanseatic city Zutphen is 4 km away. A city with numerous historic buildings, green courtyards, boutiques and specialty stores. Towards Vorden known for its eight castles and further the Achterhoek there are many estates and many hiking trails are available. The IJssel is a stone's throw away. Across the Ijssel lies the Veluwe nature reserve and the Posbank is also easily accessible by bicycle. Adjacent to the garden you will find our vineyard De Fiere Wijnakker where you are of course welcome for a tour. In the garden are ample play opportunities for children. Swing, see-saw and trampoline.
