A queen-size bed (2 single mattresses each 80cm, medium and hard), 2 single beds coupled in the sleeping gallery and 2 window sills invite you to relax. 2 tilting reading chairs, dining table with 4 chairs and wood stove for colder days. With air conditioning & heating system, kitchen block & kitchen with new appliances: Micro oven, oven, induction 4 ring hob, sink, large fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster & basic self-catering equipment. Floor area approx. 5 x 11 m inside plus sleeping gallery 5 x 3m (headroom max. 184cm in the roof peak) Bathroom with WC, stone washbasin & a beautiful large shower with a view to the outside, electric underfloor heating. There is insufficient fall protection for very small children on the stairs and terraces - this is particularly important to us, as the safety of the little ones is very important to us. The house is therefore more suitable for children aged 5-6 years and over.

Ingrid May 25, 2025 General rating:Well-equipped house, harmonious and beautiful. Great location for people who like to be on their own and appreciate peace and nature around them. Cycling: possible in many ways, but better with e-support than without. Hiking is wonderful. Having maps or a suitable app (e.g. Kommod) to hand helps a lot. We didn't look for or stumble across any of the other activities listed below

Radeln: vielseitig möglich, aber lieber mit E-Unterstützung als ohne. Wandern wunderbar.
Karten oder geeignete App (zB Kommod) zur Hand zu haben, hilft dabei sehr.
