The house has three bedrooms, including one spacious master bedroom with a double bed. One room has a double box-spring bed, and one room has a bunk bed. The open kitchen has French doors leading to the garden, which features a spacious covered porch. The spacious garden offers unobstructed views of the meadow and is still sheltered. Nature and surroundings
This charming little red wooden cottage has a spacious garden offering plenty of privacy. It is located in a small recreational park with many fruit trees and a number of farm animals, including chickens, goats, and two Shetland ponies. Various owls, including tawny owls and barn owls, live in the park. For children, there is a small playground equipped with a trampoline, swings, and a slide. The park is located in the picturesque village of Winssen aan de Waal, with the heart of Nijmegen just 15 minutes away.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
