You are on the property of 't Koolmeesje, a small-scale mixed farm with beef cattle, sheep, 2 pigs a red male cat (Jaap) and blond labrador (Joep). Our beef cattle run as a family herd in the pasture behind your Dream Tribe and consists of 2 MRIJ cows and 19 Maine Anjou cows. The sheep herd consists of 10 ewes and 1 ram of the Hampshire Down breed. From the end of February the lambs are born. The Dream Tribe is located between the meadows with a view of the Lemele mountain. A really fun place to stay; small but cozy, and even the 15-second shower button works great. Beautiful surroundings (very diverse), super-nice people. We were lucky enough to have two new pigs brought in during our week; it was wonderful—that grunting right outside your door, Joep the dog waiting patiently for a pat, and cows everywhere.
Bijzonder grappig onderkomen; klein maar fijn en zelfs de doucheknop van 15 seconde functioneert prima. Hele mooie omgeving (zeer afwisselend), superaardige mensen. We hadden het gelukje dat er in onze week weer 2 nieuwe varkens gebracht werden; heerlijk, dat geknor voor je deur, hond Joep die braaf wacht op een aai en koeien alom.
