Nature house in Trippstadt

As we were only at the campsite and went hiking in the gorge once, we can't say anything about other activities. But Isabel sent us some activities we could have done. The fresh market for shopping was super sufficient, especially the bakery opposite. We also had some reception to tell our loved ones at home that it is wonderful here. I missed an outdoor bathtub where you can make a fire underneath. My son went swimming in the bathing pond and was able to refresh himself there, I heated water by the fire and enjoyed washing cats;). It was a great experience, especially for my 9 year old son to be allowed to be wild and free... The bed was very cozy for two and the tree house was fully equipped and inviting for use.

Da wir nur am Platz waren und einmal in die Schlucht zum wandern .. können wir zu anderen Aktivitäten nichts sagen. Aber Isabel hat uns paar Aktivitäten geschickt die wir hätten machen können. Der frisch Markt für Einzukaufen war super ausreichend vor allem der Bäcker gegenüber . Da hatten wir auch etwas Empfang um den lieben zu Hause bescheid zu geben das es hier wunder schön ist.
Mir hat eine draußen Badewanne gefehlt wo man ein Feuer darunter macht. Mein Sohn ist im Bade Teich schwimmen gegangen und hat sich dort erfrischen können ich hab mir Wasser am Feuer heiß gemacht und habe Katzen Wäsche genossen;).
Es war eine tolle Erfahrung vor allem für meinen 9 jährigen Sohn wild und frei sein zu dürfen...
Das Bett war sehr gemütlich zu zweit kuschelig und das Baumhaus für den Gebrauch voll ausreichend liebevoll eingerichtet und einladend.

We escaped into nature at short notice. It was easy to find thanks to the location sent to us. It was quiet and idyllic. We were warmly welcomed by isabell and Rolfo the dog. Unfortunately, the weather was changeable, but that didn't bother us. There was plenty of wood for warmth and we didn't get cold at night. Despite the strong autumn wind that blew into the tree house the first night, the spruce was stable and gave us security. It was a wonderful experience to sleep with our feet directly in the bed on the tree trunk and to connect with nature. At night, pine martens and a raccoon came. It was trollish to watch the animals from above. We were allowed to enjoy the garden and help ourselves, everything was there for preparation. The water from the spring was delicious. The dry toilet might not be for everyone. All in all we had a wonderful time, thank you for sharing this gift of nature with us.

Wir haben uns kurzfristig in die Natur geflüchtet. Es war gut zu finden dank dem gesendeten Standort. Es war ruhig und idyllisch. Wir wurden von isabell und Rolfo dem Hund herzlich empfangen. Als wir alles gezeigt bekommen haben waren wir für uns.
Wir hatten leider wechselndes Wetter,
Was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Holz für Wärme war reichlich da und Nachts wurde uns nicht kalt. Trotz des starken Herbst Windes der die erste Nacht gut ins Baumhaus wehte stand die Fichte stabil und gab uns Sicherheit. Es war eine schöne Erfahrung direkt mit den Füßen im Bett am Baumstamm zu schlafen und sich mit der Natur zu verbinden. Nachts kamen Baummarder und ein Waschbär. Es war trollig den Tieren von oben zuzusehen. Wir durften uns am Garten erfreuen und uns bedienen,zur Zubereitung war alles da. Das Wasser aus der Quelle war köstlich.
Die trocken Toilette könnte nicht für jedermann sein.
Alles in einem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit danke das ihr dieses Geschenk der Natur mit uns teilt.

As the tent was not occupied and Marco had appointments away from home, we practically had the area to ourselves for two days. The bed is super cozy. However, we had booked for three people because the platform allowed it. Without further ado, we were brought another mattress and an additional set of bed linen. There was always enough firewood and everything you need for cooking. A small gas stove can be used when it rains. Hardy souls can race the trout in the pond. You can watch the sunrise through the large window and the sunset from the fireplace. The 'wild pee' and the compost toilet took some getting used to for us city kids but were no problem in summer. Below the tree house is a small terrace where we had breakfast one morning. There is also a huge mattress that is perfect for a midday nap in the sun. The fresh spring water rounds off the experience.

Da das Zelt nicht belegt war und Marco Auswärtstermine hatte, hatten wir das Areal praktisch zwei Tage für uns alleine. Das Bett ist super gemütlich. Allerdings hatten wir für drei Personen gebucht, weil die Plattform es zugelassen hat. Kurzerhand wurde uns eine weitere Matratze und ein zusätzliches Set Bettwäsche gebracht. Es gab immer genug Feuerholz und alles, was man zum Kochen braucht. Bei Regen kann ein kleiner Gasherd genutzt werden. Hartgesottene können im Teich mit der Forelle um die Wette schwimmen. Durch das große Fenster kann man den Sonnenaufgang beobachten, vom Feuerplatz aus den Sonnenuntergang. Das 'Wildpinkeln' und das Kompostklo waren für uns Stadtkinder gewöhnungsbedürftig aber im Sommer kein Problem. Unterhalb des Baumhauses ist eine kleine Terasse, auf der wir an einem Morgen gefrühstückt haben. Außerdem gibt es dort eine riesige Matratze, die zum Mittagschläfchen in der Sonne einläd. Das frische Quellwasser rundet das Erlebnis ab.

Traffic could sometimes be heard from the property. Not in the house itself. The hiking trails are an absolute dream. An incredible abundance of wildlife and plants (including Marco's huge garden area). Truly incredibly beautiful!

Vom Grundstück aus war manchmal entfernt Verkehr zu hören. Im Haus selbst nicht. Die Wanderwege sind ein absoluter Traum. Eine unglaubliche Fülle an Tieren und Pflanzen (das riesige Gartenareal von Marco eingeschlossen). Wirklich unglaublich schön!

My daughter was totally thrilled with life in the tree house. Isabel gave us a really nice welcome and showed us everything, thank you very much! You should be prepared for the fact that there is a composting toilet and running water only in the form of a stream and that you are completely in a dead zone on the property. But that's exactly what makes it so charming :) All in all, a great weekend.

Meine Tochter war total begeistert vom Leben im Baumhaus. Isabel hat uns total nett empfangen und alles gezeigt, vielen lieben Dank! Man sollte darauf eingestellt sein, dass es ein Kompostklo und fließendes Wasser nur in Form des Bachs gibt und man auf dem Grundstück komplett im Funkloch sitzt. Aber genau das mac ht ja auch den Charme aus :)
Insgesamt ein tolles Wochenende.

Very lovingly built tree house, located in the middle of the large property with garden, stream, fire pit etc.; we were by no means alone on a summer weekend, various guests of the landlord came to visit and some also stayed overnight on the premises - very friendly and free atmosphere, you can eat together, chat, sit by the fire etc.. I wouldn't recommend it for people who want their own private space around the house and don't want to see anyone else. Surrounded by beautiful woodland.

Sehr liebevoll gebautes Baumhaus, liegt in der Mitte des großen Grundstücks mit Garten, Bach, Feuerstelle etc.; wir waren an einem Sommerwochenende keineswegs allein, verschiedene Gäste des Vermieters kamen zu Besuch und haben teils auch auf dem Gelände übernachtet - sehr freundliche und freie Stimmung, man kann gemeinsam essen, sich unterhalten, am Feuer sitzen etc. Für Menschen, die ihren ganz privaten Raum auch ums Haus herum haben möchten und niemand anderen sehen wollen, würde ich es nicht empfehlen.
