From more than 3 nights and more than 6 people, always ask for additional discount via chat! Large groups with long periods get big discounts. (For bookings of 11 or 12 people always ask first via chat. Fully enclosed private domain +/- 1000 m2 with 5 mobile homes: 1 main mobile home with 2p.bed, toilet, shower, kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and sink. Then 3 mobile homes with 2 beds and 1 family mobile home sleeping 4. From the use of 2 mobile homes there is also a very spacious (closed or open) kitchen and living room. This consists of stove, oven and microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, wood stove and lounge. A private jacuzzi and private sauna are also available free of charge. Free wifi and bed linen is included. Property is always available completely private without others who have not booked into your group. Mainly aimed at friends or family outings and socializing in a unique setting.
Nature and surroundings
VERY IMPORTANT: this is a unique beautiful natural environment. Atmosphere and cosiness are always on the menu but noise pollution, (electronic) music, noisy parties are not allowed!!! It is very nice and quiet in nature with a touch of wellness. Also in winter by our heated mobile homes! Be sure to read the many reviews from our visitors. Far view of meadows with horses and sheep, very quiet location in the quiet Kempen. Walking, cycling and mountain biking routes in abundance. Only 5 minutes away (by car) from the center of the village where you will find all possible stores and supermarkets as well as many dining options. This both restaurants, take away and home delivered meals. Also nearby (15 minutes by car) the border town of Baarle-Hertog - Baarle-Nassau also has many stores and restaurants. Wood for wood stove available for small fee. Maximum possible guests: 12 persons
