Comfortable living room with open kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances such as oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob and large refrigerator with 2 freezer drawers. In the ground floor of the house there is underfloor heating for comfortable warmth in the winter months with extra heating in the bathrooms. Delightful spacious garden for unobstructed views with outdoor table with chairs and sun beds. Here is the (from June to October) swimming pool 5mtr and table tennis table. Furthermore, there is a private pond with fish (carp), the chicken house, a beginner's ;-) vegetable garden and horses in the adjacent meadow. We ourselves live in the old farmhouse and are often present to answer questions or offer help where needed. We live here with great pleasure and would love to let you experience that too!
Nature and surroundings
From the vacation home in the municipality of Claudon ( Vosges, Lorraine, Grand-Est, France), it is fantastic hiking. For long or short routes, it is a wonderful base. The immediate area has hiking trails but also beautiful cycling routes. Through forests, along fields and small villages. There are several hiking or cycling route maps in the house. The hilly area makes that there are always great views. For shopping it is a little further but in the neighboring village of Montureux sur saone we have a bakery and small supermarket. At a 30 car-minutes, Vittel where often some more activities are organized.
