This nature house is a ground floor apartment for up to 5 people over 55 m² with west facing terrace surrounded by oleanders with large folding sun canopy. Bedroom with 2 single beds and bedroom with 3 single beds. Living area with equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave oven. Air conditioning (heating/air conditioning) in the bedrooms and living area (extra charge according to use). Wireless internet is available in and around the entire house. There is a large swimming pool of 12x6m (salt electrolysis) with beautiful views of the surroundings and the Apennines and which has an upper pool house with portico. It is possible to play badminton, ping pong or petanque. The front of the garden is dominated by an immense mulberry tree that has a trunk with a circumference of more than 6 meters. According to locals, this is probably one of the largest in all of Italy.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located on the outskirts of San Pietro di Arcevia and can be reached through a 600 meter long dirt road (strada bianca). The house is quietly situated in a rolling landscape and surrounded by farmlands and unspoiled nature.Guests can pick their fruit fresh from the trees in the garden : mulberry - cherries - apricots - plums - apples - figs - almonds - persimmons - goji berries. No landscape pollution by electricity pylons, solar panels, cell phone towers or busy roads. With some luck, you may see a herd of deer or wild boar passing next to the casa, while a pair of eagles and falcons scout their territory from the sky.There are many nice restaurants nearby, offering the famous delicious Marchegian cuisine at very reasonable prices. Shopping is best done in San Lorenzo in Campo (6 km), where there are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bank, pharmacy, etc..
