This bright and luxuriously furnished vacation home is thoughtfully decorated and has three bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a double bed, a double sink and an elevated bathtub. On the landing you will find the second bathroom with sink, shower and toilet; ideal for a family. The fully equipped kitchen invites for extensive cooking and then dining together. In the open living room there is vintage design furniture and a large comfortable couch by the TV. The large garden with fruit trees is a great place for children to play. The private terrace has an outdoor stove and you can sit outside until late. The location, located in the southwest corner of Friesland, is surrounded by the Gaasterland forests, the Frisian Lakes and authentic eleven-town towns such as Sloten and Hindeloopen. By boat or bicycle into nature or picnic in the grass: all the ingredients for an unforgettable vacation are here.
Nature and surroundings
This house on it flinkeboskje is in Hemelum, Southwest Friesland. Hemelum is located between two Frisian lakes; the Fluessen and the Morra. A beautiful environment for activities or to unwind. In the vicinity you can walk, bike, rent a boat to discover the Frisian lakes and have a wonderful day on the water. In the nearby forests of Gaasterland and along the ijsselmeer coast are several beautiful hiking trails and cycling routes. Eleven-city towns such as Hindeloopen, Workum, Sloten. The Jopie Huisman museum in Workum, the restored Woudagemaal in Lemmer, the Skating Museum Hindeloopen. All this can be found within a radius of a few travel minutes around Het Voorhuis. Families with children can undertake many things: the gnome trail in the Rijsterbos, the visitor center Mar & klif in Oudemirdum and of course just run through the large garden. Nice cycling with your kids through the woods and meadows? Plenty of opportunities.
