In the former "pig house" of the 1865 farmhouse you have comfortable designer armchairs, a dining table with 4 chairs, a refrigerator with freezer, an oven/microwave, a nespresso coffee machine with cups, a kettle with tea. You sleep in a double very comfortable box spring with hypoallergenic twin-jumeaux sheep's wool comforters. If you come with three or four people, there is another comfortable double bed for them on the cozy loft accessible via a narrow steep staircase. To make it comfortable on chilly days or evenings there is a pellet stove with fuel for you. For your breakfast there is an extensive menu, from which you compose your breakfast with us. This way you will have a breakfast "made to measure" and waste is avoided. We serve breakfast at your desired time between 8:00 and 10:00.

The Achterhoek The nature house is located between Aalten and Winterswijk, in the hamlet of de Haart, in the middle of the beautiful forested coulisse landscape of the Achterhoek. It is located in a National Landscape, an area with a rich history and where there is a unique combination of agricultural activities and nature. Here near the German border, you will find an almost un-Dutch tranquility, in which you can completely relax.
