The "Heppi Ferienhaus", a detached vacation home on the edge of the Westerwald, offers pure relaxation and a break from the noise of the city. Whether in the house cozy by the fireplace or on the large, sheltered terrace in the whirlpool - here you can let your soul dangle! The hot tub can be heated electrically or with wood. Close to the forest and surrounded by greenery, the house is ideal for relaxing, hiking, fishing and cycling. The vacation home has 1 bedroom with double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a living-dining area with sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a small bathroom with shower. The entire vacation home and the property are at the exclusive disposal of the guests. Check-in takes place independently via a key box. ADDITIONAL CHARGE: We charge an additional € 200 per stay for the whirlpool. The whirlpool is located in the rear area, protected from view, can be booked optionally and can be used all year round.
Nature and surroundings
The vacation home is located in a quiet vacation home area in the beautiful Wiedtal valley on the edge of the Westerwald and belongs to the local community of Roßbach in the district of Neuwied. Forest trails for hiking and cycling are just around the corner. We have summarized numerous excursion tips and activities in our travel guide. Hiking maps, cycling routes and other tourism brochures are available in the house. The forest path at the end of the road takes you to a beautiful viewpoint of the Weißenfelser Ley in 25 minutes on foot. Despite the idyllic natural location, the vacation home area is only a 10-minute drive from the freeway. There are restaurants and a bakery in Roßbach (5 minutes away by car). The nearest large supermarket and a larger selection of restaurants and cafés can be reached in Waldbreitbach in 10 minutes by car. E-bikes can be rented here.
