Mountains, lakes and a great climate - that's Carinthia! Spend the night in our show home above Spittal an der Drau (Millstätter See) in our beautiful chalet. You can enjoy a wonderful view over the town and the surrounding mountains as well as the river "Drau" from our panoramic window and from the terrace. Our chalet has one bedroom and a large living room with sofa bed for up to 4 people. The house is heated by a cozy wood-burning stove and an air conditioning unit, which also provides pleasant coolness in summer. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare your meals, as well as a fridge for food. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a washbasin and a toilet. The terrace is covered and has a seating area for 4 people. The house is currently under construction.

Anke August 5, 2024 General rating:The water heater had to be turned on an hour before showering, handy to know, now we had cold water first. Cooking is fine in the cottage but space is small. Seems a bit like camping, which in itself was not bad as far as we were concerned.
De boiler moest een uur voor het douchen worden aangezet, handig om te weten, nu hadden we eerst koud water.
Koken kan prima in het huisje maar ruimte is klein. Lijkt wat op kamperen, wat op zich wat ons betreft niet erg was.Nature, peace & environment:Beautiful and complete Tiny house. We did miss some instructions for example where to put the garbage. Contact with the landlord is good. The park where the cottage is located is still partly under construction, which makes it look a bit dilapidated and untidy here and there. In the vicinity of the cottage is much to do, beautiful nature. You do need the car or bike for this. Great environment for the dog. There is no fence outside so a dog can easily leave the premises.

Het parkje waar het huisje ligt is gedeeltelijk nog in aanbouw, dat maakt dat het er hier en daar wat vervallen en slordig uitziet. Mogelijk wordt dat nog beter in de toekomst.
In de omgeving van het huisje is veel te doen, prachtige natuur. Je hebt hiervoor wel de auto of fiets nodig.
