Nature house in Emst

Nice little house with a partially covered porch.
It comes with a nice hot tub/jacuzzi.
The AC was wonderful, and thankfully available when it was over 30°C.

A few minor drawbacks:
The only thing we missed were the standard TV channels on the TV.
There is, however, Amazon Prime Video, DVDs, and a radio.
(I was able to stream to the Android TV from my iPad using apps like Videoland, NPO, Kijk, etc.)
And I missed having window coverings—like roller shades—on the side facing the field, which were present on other windows (especially since the weather was quite warm).
Unfortunately, not all the burners on the gas stove worked—I think it’s time for a new one.
The cleaning could be a bit better; the toilet, shower, kitchen, and floors were clean,
but the cabinets were pretty dusty.

But we had a great time, and it’s a shame we had to go home already
(it’s always too short from Mon. to Fri.)
The location and surroundings are wonderful—beautiful and peaceful, with nice little villages nearby like Vaassen, Vierhouten, and Elspeet…

Leuk huisje ,met een deels overdekte veranda.
Lekkere hottub/ jacuzzi erbij.
De Airco was heerlijk, en gelukkig aanwezig met meer dan 30c

Paar Minpuntjes:
Enige wat we miste waren de standaard tv zenders op de tv
er is wel amazone prime video en dvds en een radio.
( streamen naar de android tv met mijn ipad via apps zoals videoland,npo,kijk etc lukte wel)
En miste aan de kant vh veld raambekleding zoals rolgordijnen die bij andere ramen er wel waren ( vooral omdat het nogal warm weer was.)
Gasfornuis werkte helaas niet alle pitten van, tijd voor een andere denk ik
Schoonmaak kan iets beter, wc,douche, keuken ,vloeren waren netjes ,
maar wel redelijk stoffig op kastjes.

Maar we hebben ons prima vermaakt en jammer dat we alweer naar huis moesten
(altijd te kort van ma.-Vr.)
De plek en omgeving is heerlijk ,mooi en rustig ook leuke dorpjes in de omgeving zoals Vaassen,Vierhouten,Elspeet..

Beautiful surroundings—right next to the Crown Estates, so there’s plenty of forest and heathland nearby.
Views of the fields and woods, with the occasional roe deer bounding through in the evening.

Mooie omgeving ,naast de kroondomeinen dus veel bos en heide in de buurt.
Uitzicht op het veld en bos,met soms s'avonds een ree die erdoor huppelt.

A nice little house at a reasonable price, in a good location with an unobstructed view. The air conditioning is top-notch.

Goed huisjevoor een redelijke prijs, goede ligging met vrij uitzicht. De airco is klasse.

Beds were comfortable and comforter felt nice, plenty of towels, hot tub was nice and warm, basic things like toilet paper, dish soap, oil, salt and pepper were provided. Two nice chairs to sit on (in addition to couch).

De bedden lagen prettig en het dekbed voelde lekker, voldoende handdoeken, de hot tub was heerlijk warm, de basisdingen als wc-papier, afwasmiddel, olie, peper en zout waren aanwezig. Twee lekkere stoelen om op te zitten (naast bank).

It was very quiet and we walked right into the woods. We saw red deer from the living room and many birds flew back and forth to the tree next door. I did regret that the trees shown in the picture appeared to have been cut down, therefore in the place itself less of a forest feel we were looking for.

Het was heel rustig en we liepen zo de bossen in. We hebben edelherten gezien vanuit de huiskamer en veel vogels vlogen heen en weer naar de boom bij de buren. Ik vond het wel jammer dat de bomen die op de foto staan gekapt bleken, daardoor op de plek zelf minder een bosgevoel waar we naar op zoek waren.
