In the heart of Occitan Tuscany, in an authentic, unspoilt setting, I welcome you to a spacious room on the ground floor of the house, with its own private terrace, shower room and toilet. In the guest common room, you'll find a coffeemaker and teapot, a sitting area and a library. Meals are served in the dining room or on the terrace. The one-hectare park (classified as a natural area), dedicated to the great diversity of life, is designed for relaxation, in the shade of an oak tree or by the pool (unheated, 4 * 8m). There's also a Nordic bath heated by a wood-burning stove (please let me know the day before if you wish to use it on your arrival), and a shaded petanque court.

A peaceful change of scenery guaranteed, you're in the heart of the forest on the heights of the Grésigne (altitude 480m), with magnificent views over the causses, the Aveyron gorges and the rolling forest (numerous trails accessible on foot, mountain bike or horseback). Nearby are Penne and its fortified castle, St Antonin Noble Val, the charmingly beautiful town of Bruniquel and its 2 castles, Puycelsi, Cordes sur ciel, to name but a few.

The cottage is in very good order, the welcome is warm and pool is well maintained.We could charge our electric car at night on a regular plug, which we paid for afterwards.The environment is green and extremely quiet, you only hear the birds and crickets. Some hiking trails through the woods behind pass by the property, and the center of Penne is a +/- 15 minute car ride away. The cute hilltop village with castle has a small store for general purchases. Larger stores can be found in Gaillac at +/- 30 minutes drive over winding roads between forests and vineyards.
