The accommodation is located in National Park De Alde Feanen, from where you can explore the nature of this national park by water as well as by land. The accommodation has its own jetty where several boats can easily moor. From here you can sail directly onto the Wijde EE lake. Moreover, there are beautiful villages in the area such as Akkrum, Grou and Terherne. Because the accommodation is centrally located in Friesland, other treasures of this province are also easy to reach. Think of cities like Sneek and Leeuwarden, the southwest corner of Friesland or even the Wadden Islands.
