Welcome to our nature house in Heerewaarden, a refuge of about 60m², in a self-contained apartment below our home. It features a cozy bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a covered terrace. Everything is on the ground floor for convenience and accessibility. The bedroom offers peace and comfort, ideal for recharging after adventurous days. The living room has a separate sitting area for relaxation with a smart TV for your movies and series. Our kitchen is fully equipped, giving you the freedom to prepare homemade meals. Step outside onto our covered patio and enjoy the outdoors. Discover our apartment in the enchanting Bommelerwaard, between the rivers Maas and Waal, a true paradise for nature lovers. Enjoy relaxing walks and bike rides along the riverbanks and picturesque villages. Our apartment is located between 3 nature reserves, the new area; Over de Maas with river flanks full of storks, spoonbills and sometimes a badger, beaver and occasional bald eagle. Also next to us is historic Fort Voorne, surrounded by dikes and hiking trails for adventurous discoveries. Bird lovers will be in their element here. A 10-minute walk awaits the enchanting Kopse Polder with its vast meadows of wildflowers and waal beaches. Ideal for quiet walks and bird watching. Rent our Rad Runner electric bikes for more adventure, and don't forget that pets are also welcome. The terrace at the house as well as the garden is fenced.
