A historic farmhouse from about 1850, the second oldest house in the village, with a rich history.As soon as you drive up the driveway, it feels like the house embraces you: the apple trees, the forest, the old barns, birds and the house itself all welcome you. Feel free to browse around - there is plenty to discover here - antique plows and sledges, a badger sett, at the bottom of the woods even the (well hidden) ruins of the old blacksmith's workshop where all the villagers came to buy hand-beaten nails and horseshoes. But beware: the stables and old barns are on a roll to be refurbished, and are not meant to be walked around in....
