The recently 01-02-2023 renovated cottage is fully equipped. The cottage is located in the outskirts of Zelhem and just steps away from Doetinchem. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, NESCAFÉ Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, 4 burner induction hob, combi oven. There is a spacious private terrace with a lounge set and a table with 4 chairs for a delicious outdoor dinner, a barbecue and spacious parking next to the nature house. The Achterhoek is a beautiful region in Gelderland with varied landscapes. Small towns with medieval streets, castles with their estates and the forests and farmlands that alternate. Located in the quiet scenery of the Achterhoek, with many hiking and biking trails in the area.The location is beautiful! In the immediate vicinity are several hiking and cycling routes. Within minutes you are in the center of the village of Zelhem (with all amenities and delicious restaurants) and Museum Smedekinck. Also Ruurlo, Hengelo (gld) and Doetinchem are within a radius of 5 km. But of course there is especially nature! You can walk within a few minutes in a wooded area (including nature reserve 't Zand or the Kruisberg Woods). You can visit beautiful castles in the Achterhoek, including Ruurlo Castle (Museum MORE), Castle Vorden and Castle De Slangenburg. If you like horseback riding, mountain biking or golfing then you can really get your money's worth in the area. In the vicinity are several good restaurants. From your own nature house you can see birds, hares, rabbits, squirrels, deer and of course our horses.
