There are 2 living units, but we rent only one of them, (the other one is ours.) - large living-dining room with open kitchen with view over mountains, valley & sea - bedroom with double bed 160x200 cm with view over mountains and valley - Bedroom with 2 beds 90x200 cm + pull-out bed with forest view, - bathroom (washbasin, shower, bidet + washing machine) - corridor with storage room + wardrobe - separate WC - Wonderful covered terrace with 60km view over mountains, valley & sea. - 3 hammocks in the garden The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with a fitted kitchen. Fridge with separate freezer compartment, cooker with oven, double sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and an electric grill. Cook with the great ingredients of the region!

Nature and surroundings

The house has a dream view: Over the treetops of the holm and cork oaks you look to the east to the sea 12 km away, to the north over the plain of Perpignan to the mountain ranges of the Corbieres and to the west to the mostly snow-covered Canigou about 60 km away. The terrace is large. (40 sqm) tiled with real terracotta and completely covered. There is a comfortable lounge seating area and a garden table with 6 chairs.
