Beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained house for 4 people: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen (now with a dishwasher).The house is surrounded by a beautiful private garden. Dutch, German, French, and English TV, and many more languages, hair dryer, coffee maker + Nespresso, washing machine, microwave, BBQ, and covered carport. It’s simply a fully furnished 90m³ home. Rental permit no.: 60661/AL Beach towels, hand towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. High-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi works well and has good reception outdoors (free). You’ll be renting the entire house. If I’m there myself, I’ll be staying in a log cabin about 50 meters away. It has its own entrance and parking space. So privacy is guaranteed. Very suitable for digital nomads.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located a 25-minute drive (toll-free) from the coast in the beautiful and charming inland region of the Algarve, in the heart of a stunning hiking area with reservoirs and unique, authentic villages, including the village of Alte, 3 km away, (where you can also swim), which is known as the most beautiful village in southern Portugal. The Hotel van Alte is located 1.5 km away and features a tennis court and a swimming pool. The tennis court can be rented for a minimal fee (€4/hour, including racket and balls), and if you order a drink or one of the delicious meals, you can use the swimming pool for free. This house is ideal for winter visitors. (No moisture problems, unlike 80% of similar properties.) Portugal is rapidly expanding its network of public charging stations at supermarkets, gas stations, shopping centers, and other locations. And during your stay at Bonportugal, you can recharge your EV at the standard rate.
