Unique vacation house with use of swimming pool. On our finca rustica "Casa del Jabali" with 12 ha. of land is cabaña 1- L'Oliva; a complete nature house of 30m2. L' Oliva can accommodate up to 4 people and is attractively furnished. The cabin is fully equipped: - a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and refrigerator with freezer, - a dining area/workplace with 4 chairs - a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet - a bedroom with a double bed. - a sitting area; a (sleeping) couch and 2 armchairs From the terrace there is a magnificent view over the olive trees, the forest and the mountains. Furthermore, l'oliva is equipped with all the necessary facilities and a communal swimming pool (5 x 10) can be used. In addition, there is a wonderful quiet environment for beautiful walks and be surprised by the beautiful nature and tranquility! Electricity comes 100% from solar energy and water comes from its own source.
Nature and surroundings
A forest and an orchard, in addition, all kinds of sounds of birds and animals that this nature is rich. a wonderful place to unwind and should you want to seek the crowds, the first village is 15 minutes away. the first beach is half an hour away by car. In addition, it is great to relax by the pool that is shared with the residents and other guests. There are bicycles and a quad bike for rent. The area is beautiful, hiking, cycling, fishing in the Ebre, watching flamingos at the delta, relaxing at the beach; it's all possible! And almost all within a half hour drive from our house, that's all you need.
